When I receive a quote, does that mean my items are on hold?

No, your items will not be on hold in our system until you return a signed quote to your sales representative. Once received, your sales representative will process a 50% deposit with any debit or credit card (50% of deposit is non-refundable). Once the payment is processed you will receive an email confirmation for your reservation. If you have not received a reservation confirmation, your order is not on hold.

When is the final payment due?
Final payments are due 10 days prior to the designated delivery date and cash, credit cards, and checks are accepted.
Can I pick up the equipment from the warehouse?
Yes, will-call orders are available. You are responsible for securing equipment in the vehicle and for any damages that may occur. Some equipment is not eligible for customer pickup and will require delivery by Mississippi Tent staff.
Do I need to be on-site during the delivery?
Yes, either you or someone designated by you will need to know where and how the items should be delivered. If you or your representative is not on-site, our crew will call the contact number on file and if unable to reach someone, a $50 fee per employee will be assessed for every 15 minutes the crew waits.
Cancellation Policy
  • a. If the contract is canceled more than 61 days prior to will call or delivery: a full deposit refund will be issued.
  • b. If the contract is canceled between 31-60 days prior to will call or delivery: a 50% restocking fee of the contract will be assessed.
  • c. For items removed from the order or cancelled within 30 days prior, no refund will be issued.
I can’t find it on your website. Do you haveā€¦?
Not all of our inventory may be on the website including brand new and exciting inventory. Please give us a call to talk to a representative today to see if we can assist your needs.
How far in advance should I secure my event rental order?
It is never too soon to secure your rental needs, as everything is based on the availability of inventory and labor. However, we recommend beginning at least 3 months ahead to ensure you lock in your favorite rental items and finalize your logistics as your event date sneakily approaches. Please note, quoted items are not reserved until Mississippi Tent confirms a received signed contract, signed terms and conditions, as well as a deposit. We understand your order may change over time, and you will be able to make final changes up to 72 business hours ahead of your delivery/pickup for your final payment.
In the event of inclement weather, are Tent walls/Tent windows included?
No, all tent walls, tent windows, lights, and flooring are additional. If these items are needed, please discuss with your sales representative in advance to be sure they are added to your quote.
